Georgia Ridler is an Olympic Sport Psychologist and high-performance consultant who helps individuals and teams perform under pressure, navigate change and sustain health & wellbeing.
Having served as Head of Psychology for the Australian Olympic Team at the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games, Georgia translates the lessons of elite sport & wellbeing into practical strategies that enhance corporate, sport and personal outcomes.
With 25 years experience, Georgia uses a practical and engaging approach to working with executives leading teams, schools developing resilient young people, or parents supporting their child's confidence.
